AMERICAN SURVIVOR REFUND POLICY
It is our goal to ensure that all customers are 100% satisfied with all products purchased from American Survivor (Company) and we will do everything in our power to ensure that you are. Please see below for the Family Survival Refund Policy.
(1) Returns and Refunds Return Policy: We allow for the return or replacement of any product for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase. Customers are kindly asked to send back any products they have requested a refund for to the following address:

For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 60 day return period. If a refund is requested for a recurring billing product beyond 60 days after the last charge incurred by the customer requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Refund Policy: If a customer requests a refund, the money for the original transaction is refunded back to the customer’s original form of payment. If customer request a cancellation of their recurring billing product no future recurring charges will be billed to their account. Refunds of charges will be reversed and returned to the credit card the customer originally used during the purchase, no other forms of refund are available. Refunds normally take 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement, the company has no way to expedite this process.
